I've received my order and I love it! Can I post it on social media?

What is a B-grade item?

Some of my listings have the option to purchase a B-grade item - these are products that are a little less than perfect due to manufacturing errors. Any imperfections are small and only visible under close inspection - I do not sell products that are deemed unusable. B-grade products will be marked with a small "B" on the packaging. Please see the details below for the relevant listing and descriptions of possible imperfections!

  • Dust or air bubbles between acrylic
  • Printing artifacts on the design (i.e. specks or colour/material that aren't supposed to be there)
  • Scuffs on metal plating

 

Can I leave a gift message?

Of course! Add a note to your order at checkout with the contents of your gift message and with your preferred name if you'd like the recipient to know who sent it :) If you checked out without doing so, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and gift message, and I'll be able to add this to your order if it hasn't been shipped yet!

 

I've made a mistake! Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately cancellation will not be possible.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Almost!

Unfortunately I do not ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the GPSR updates from December 2024.

Due to postage restrictions, I am currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.

Any customs fees, taxes, or other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in purchase/shipping costs.

 

Do you accept returns?

While I try my best to fulfil all orders to a high standard, I understand that unexpected things can happen! In the case that you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery (according to tracking, where applicable), provided the following:

  • Contact us to start the returns process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of why you're filing for a return.
  • All items must be in an unused condition in their original packaging. If any items are not in their original condition upon return, your refund may be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and for ensuring the order is returned within the 14 day period.
  • Returned orders must include a tracking number and be marked clearly as being returned.
  • Mercury Designs UK is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return shipping, and we are unable to refund the items should this occur.

Unfortunately, shipping or customs fees cannot be refunded in any circumstance.

 

My parcel hasn't arrived, and it is past the estimated delivery date :(

UK orders

I post all UK orders with Tracked 48, so please track your parcel first! Occasionally it can take a little longer due to delays in the postal service, but if it's been a few days since your estimated delivery date, please get in touch, quoting your order number so I can look into this for you!

International orders

Track your parcel using the tracking code provided with your dispatch confirmation! If it's been a few days since tracking has been updated, please get in touch, quoting your order number so I can look into this for you!
